Services

Drawing upon our many years of experience of providing advice and support to tenants and residents, tenant associations and landlords, we are able to offer a range of services. Most of our products will be tailored to your particular needs, but we outline several services below to give a flavour of the services we would be delighted to support you with:

The Listening Test – This is our flagship service, offered to landlords in partnership with leading housing consultancy Campbell Tickell. This service involves us undertaking a thorough review to assess how well the voices of your residents are being heard by key decision-makers and identifying practical steps that can be taken to enhance the resident voice within your organisation.

Tenant Onboarding – This service is designed to equip tenants that are a new board member, or considering becoming a board member, better understand the roles, responsibilities and expectations of the role and outline key features of good governance practice.

Culture and Attitudes – This is a new product we offer that builds upon our Respect for All Charter. If you are interested in getting involved in any of the pilot exercises, please get in touch.

Tenant Scrutiny – We have experience of supporting tenant groups with the establishment and effective running of tenant scrutiny groups as well as critical friend type functions.

Tenant Training – We have experience of providing training to tenants and tenant groups on a broad range of themes. Examples of previous sessions delivered include:

  • Equality and Diversity
  • Introduction to co-regulation
  • Understanding performance information
  • Skills for operating an effective tenant-run meeting
  • Building Safety
