Did you know that the Housing Ombudsman Service is now publishing the decisions reached on all of its decisions? This is a significant step in increasing the transparency of the service to tenants, and increasing accountability of landlords. The decisions will be updated every two weeks and are published 3 months after the decision date. Details of Housing Ombudsman decision outcome publications can be accessed here.
